How do I reset my forgotten password?

1. Go to the login page: https://portal.sisuhealthgroup.com/?rt=212e5562-67f1-479f-833e-64b6e5e1e751.
2. Click the Forgotten Password link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and submit the form.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link inside.
5. Follow the prompts to set a new password.
