How do I create a SISU Health account?

You can create a SISU Health account in two ways: visit a SISU Health Station in person, or register online via the SISU Health Portal.

• At a SISU Health Station: Create your account directly at the station during your visit.
• Online: Register on the SISU Health Portal registration page.
